SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Custom printed products ("signage") cannot be returned unless proven to be our fault. Buyers are responsible for verifying that all details meet their requirements.
Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Issues not covered include:

  • Image Pixelation: Poor-quality images provided by the buyer are their responsibility.

  • Typographical Errors: The buyer must proofread and approve all designs.

  • Color Variations: Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

  • Banner Stands: Must be inspected upon receipt. Missing parts must be reported within 72 hours. Returns require original packaging.

Digital Proofs must be approved before production. Once approved, the buyer assumes full responsibility.

Cancellations must be requested by email. If production has already begun, a 50% materials fee will apply.

SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse or limit any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details. It is your responsibility to keep your account updated.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" without warranties. Use at your own risk. Future services or features will also be governed by these Terms.

RETURN POLICY
Custom products are non-returnable unless we are at fault.
Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt.
Lost package claims must be submitted within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
Wrong addresses or unclaimed shipments are the buyer’s responsibility, and reshipping fees will apply.
